These folks from Portland, Oregon were referred to me by their great realtor, Neal Henner. The house was a basic gray color and had years of neglect. We repaired all of the plaster cracks, filled all of the nail holes, caulked all of the trim, and painted absolutely everything in the house. I usually take photos before we do any work, but there wasn’t much to show. So, following are the finished results with their color choices.
The first thing we did here was paint the kitchen cabinets with the Emerald Urethane Trim Enamel paint from Sherwin-Williams in a satin finish. The top cabinets were Paperwhite. The lower ones and around the refrigerator were Romance. We also used Paperwhite for the walls, but we used the Cashmere flat enamel paint there.
The area and paint color are captioned below the following images. We used Promar ceiling paint in the stock color Extra White for all ceilings, and Paperwhite in Pro-Classic semi-gloss for all trim, radiators, and doors.
