Whole House In West Philadelphia

Once upon a time, there was a mansion and a large lot at corner in West Philadelphia. After WWII and the start of the suburban experiment, this mansion fell into disrepair and was razed. Out of its ashes 44 units and a quaint courtyard were built in 1962. I have painted 9 of these units, including the one below.

The first thing we did was to remove the closet door and the shelving in their master bedroom prior to painting it in Bathe Blue.

There were two other small bedrooms. One of them got the same Bathe Blue. We used White Flour for the other one.

We used Mint Condition in both of the bathrooms. Here are photos of the larger bathroom. You can't deny the appropriate color name.

The main color in the house was the same White Flour as used in one of the bedrooms. The owners also chose a strong accent wall in the dining room with Amber Wave.

They chose the very popular Useful Gray for the basement.

I was very happy to have the opportunity to paint yet another one of these units. The owners were very pleased, too!
