THE PAINTING OF AN ENTIRE HOUSE (ALMOST) #12

I cannot seem to get this post to look right on mobile devices.  The photos look as intended on a desktop.

The woman who owns this house had lived there for 8 years before contacting me.  She felt that it was finally time to repair and paint her house, among other things.

Prior to replacing her windows, there was some water coming in and damaging the plaster.  This occurred under the 1st and 2nd floor windows.  We fixed the walls.

The rough plaster walls in the living room, stairwell, and second floor hall were beige with some bright orange accents.  We smoothed out the trouble areas and used a gray, Moonshine from Benjamin Moore, to modernize the look.

We also discovered that the plaster on the ceiling was loose in some areas.  We knocked out the small sections, and repaired them with drywall and more plaster.  Now it blends right in.

Since this homeowner likes bold accents, she added one to her bedroom.  It was the beige like the rest of the house.  She chose Revere Pewter with the accent, Hale Navy.  After painting the ceiling, walls, and trim, it was rather stunning.
