Several times a year I have the opportunity to work with the great general contractor Buckminster Green. This group is the most professional and organized outfit I have worked with over the last 11 years.
This house was set up for me to finish. It had all new walls, a new floor, and partially new trim. Some of the house was old plaster mixed in with new drywall. It’s our job to finish the work and make everything look great at the end.
The bedroom in this house was Marine Blue from Benjamin Moore. They called for an eggshell finish, which was extremely difficult to make it look even. These rich colors are best in a matte or flat finish. However, after 4 coats it looked stunning.
The rest of the house was painted with Metropolitan, which happened to be the 2019 Benjamin Moore Color of the Year. It was perfect with this space.
