Complete House In Fairmount

This was one of my first calls since we were allowed to return to work. They had an electrician rewire the house, and he left many holes of various sizes in the ceilings and walls. Whether they wanted to or not, the owners needed to repaint the entire house. We were under a tight deadline between the electrical work and the floor work, so we had to be efficient. With the new restrictions and regulations due to the coronavirus, I have no idea how we finished in time. Take a look at the results.

We used Benjamin Moore paints in this house. Their Regal Select line in a Matte finish is the way to go! I do not benefit from promoting their paints, but it’s worth the $45/gallon for their paint. We used Decorator’s White for the ceilings and trim.

The walls of the kitchen and dining room were painted in April Showers

The majority of the house (living room, hallways, 2 bedrooms) was painted in White Wisp

They added a bit of color in the office with Kentucky Haze.

Finally, their large bedroom and bathroom were painted with Feather Down.

Their words of gratitude were short and sweet. “Thank you so much Barry. We really appreciate you getting the job done and accommodating the schedule for the floor.”
