These folks had a family of raccoons living in the space between their attic and 3rd floor front bedroom of a West Philadelphia Victorian house. After the babies left the nest, they were finally able to repair the damage done. They took advantage of a negative situation by adding a mini split, new electric, and a whole new ceiling to this room. We did work in several other rooms and were in this house for a week, but these are the only photos I took.
We started by covering the floor and finishing the prep that the drywall installers did not do before priming the ceiling. Then we painted the ceiling, walls, trim, and mini split piping. They chose Quiet Moments in a flat finish. I think it looks great!
